I THINK I MIGHT HAVE BEEN GOING ABOUT THINGS THE WRONG WAY THIS WHOLE TIME

(Experiential Installation Project)

A self-reflexive documentary project that meditates a year of hurdles in your early 20s. The outcome were a series of parcels treated as a time capsule that were filled with zines, journals, postcards, polaroids and letters that detailed out overcoming struggles with intimacy and self-identity while dissecting interpersonal relationships engaged in along the way.

The said time-capsule artefacts were printed, displayed and packaged in parcels in an installation room for audiences to enagage with and trace back a year of memories on their own accord. A mediated approach to transporting back to memories from a removed lens to reach a better understanding of ourselves as humans.

Posters printed on Museum Archival paper in A4 print size.
Zines printed as spreads on A4 textured paper and staple bounded.

Postcards printed on thick textured double-sided recycled paper.
Labels printed on CMYK Xerox adhesive sticky paper.
